A quick guide to our pet policy, cancellation terms, group bookings, and payment details — so you can plan your stay with confidence.

Pet policy

—We charge $20 per pet, per day.
—Well-behaved pets are welcome — they are important members of the family, after all.
—We have set aside specific pet-friendly rooms, so availability is limited. Please let us know when booking.
—A few simple house rules keep the rooms fresh for every guest; details are provided at check-in.

—Standard reservations require a 48-hour cancellation notice prior to arrival. Cancellations made after that time are charged for the first night.
—The Mt Moriah Cottage and the Pinkham House Family Suite require 14 days' notice. Cancellations within 14 days are charged 100% of the stay.
—If you shorten your stay after arrival, you will be charged your room rate plus tax for the day of departure. Long-term stays of four nights or more are charged for the departure day plus the next day.
—Your entire stay is charged on the day of arrival unless other arrangements are made with the front desk.

—Group, club, sports team, wedding, and special-event bookings require a 30-day cancellation policy that overrides our standard 48-hour policy.
—Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are charged the full amount of the first night.
—Special events and festival weekends may carry their own deposit and cancellation terms. These will be confirmed at the time of booking.
—If you have any questions about a group block or event rate, please call us at 603-466-5496.

—Long-term stays are charged in full at check-in unless other arrangements are made at the time of booking.
—If a discounted long-term rate was applied and you depart early, the room rate will revert to the advertised daily rate from arrival through departure.
—The standard 48-hour cancellation policy does not apply to long-term stays.
—We accept all major credit cards. Contact the front desk to arrange alternative payment.
