The Moriah Cottage is a stand-alone home on the property, recently restored to enhance its 1940s bungalow character while everything inside was brought fully up to date. Five cozy bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms mean a group of ten can spread out instead of stacking into rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances and granite counters, so long weekends can be cooked rather than ordered. The living room is built around an oversized couch and a flat screen HD TV with 300+ channels of DirecTV.
Outside there's a private driveway, a fenced-in yard, a gas grill and a picnic table — plus private WiFi just for the cottage.
