We understand that pets are important members of every family, which is why we allow well-behaved critters to stay with us. We have set aside a few rooms to accommodate you and your pet. We only have a few simple rules that you need to follow.
Our Cancellation Policy:
We have a 48-Hour cancellation policy, meaning that you must cancel your stay 48-hours prior to arrival. If you are canceling after that time you will be charged full price for the first night. The MT MORIAH COTTAGE & The PINKHAM HOUSE FAMILY SUITE; please cancel 14 days prior to the day of your arrival before 3pm, If you are canceling after the 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged 100% of your stay.
Your 48 Hour Cancellation must be made 2 days prior of your arrival before 3pm in order not to be charged.
If you are canceling any portion of your stay after your arrival you will be charged your room rate plus tax for the day of your departure. If you are staying long term (4 days or more) and decide to leave early, you will be charged for the day of your departure as well as the next day. When booking a block of rooms or booking the entire facility at the Top Notch Inn under a Group, Club, Sports Team , Wedding or Special event, there is a 30 day cancellation policy prior to your arrival that overrides our 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event you decide to cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your first night stay. If you choose to cancel before the 30 day cancellation period you will not be charged. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact us at: 603-466-5496.
The policy for JERICHO ATV Festival 2020 – Dates start on July 30th 2020 we have a 3 night minimum. 30 days prior to July 30th 2020 on July 1st 2020 at 3pm you will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit then 15 days prior to July 30th on July 15th 2020 at 3pm you will be charged the remainder of your balance. If you cancel between July 1st 2020 after 3pm and July 15th 2020 before 3pm you will not be charged for the remainder. Any cancellations after July 15th 2020 3pm are non-refundable. Long term Stays | Will be charged in full at check-in, unless other arrangements are made at time of booking. If the room rate has been discounted for the long term stay and the customer departs early, unless other arrangements are made, the room rate will revert back to the advertised daily rate from the customers arrival day to there departure date. The 48 hour cancellation policy does not apply to Long term Stays.
Room Rates | Your entire stay will be charged on the day of your arrival unless other arrangements are made with the front desk.
Great Family Spot!
Our family enjoyed staying at Mt Madison this month. The pool area was fantastic for kids and adults! We felt comfortable leaving our kids in the room at night while we sat by the fire as well. Music was playing, and we had a relaxing night.
